This service is provided by IT for use by registered students at the University of Leeds. Staff users should use the Change My Password facility.

If you have arrived at this service from the Forgot My Password link on a cluster PC, please note that you will not be able to use the service to reset your password unless you have previously registered. If you have not previously registered for this service and have forgotten your password, you will need to visit the IT Help Desk.

Please do not attempt to change your password while you are logged into The Portal. If you do, you may be locked out of the Portal AND your email AND your Library account for 30 minutes. If you are using The Portal please logout before continuing with your password change.

If you have configured a mobile device to connect to University email systems you will need to update the password on this device immediately after changing your password. Failure to do so will usually result in your account being locked out.
